Crisis Relief Programs Being offered through a collaboration with Breath-Body-Mind and Special Yoga.

The program titled: “Learn How To Stay Calm When The World Feels Unsafe - Supporting Ukrainian Children and Adults.”

Breath-Body-Mind programs teach a unique set of mind-body practices proven to quickly relieve stress and worry, strengthen everyone’s ability to withstand high levels of stress, and support recovery from traumatic events.

Breath-Body-Mind and Special Yoga have offer free webinars to Ukrainians who are experiencing the trauma and stress brought on by this terrible war. We teach safe, simple healing breath practices that adults and children can use to calm themselves down and fall asleep peacefully.

These programs are taught by world experts: Dr. Richard P. Brown, Dr. Patricia Gerbarg, Jyoti Manual, and senior Breath-Body-Mind teachers.

Breath-Body-Mind Foundation is currently offering courses, at no cost, to individuals in Ukraine. BBMF has been offering courses and relief programs since March 2022.
