Universally, we all want to be healthier and feel happier, whatever happiness means to each of us. We are looking to have better relationships with people around us and in different moments of life would like to relieve pain, physical, emotional, or psychological. BBM practices address all those aspirations with the help of the natural healing power of our breath, giving us back our autonomy and the ability to self-heal and self-regulate ecologically and respectfully to nature and each other. Personally, being an introvert, BBM practices have helped me to reclaim my energy and focus. It has helped me to have a deeper connection to myself, to my needs and to others. It has also provided me with practical and effective tools for daily self-care. It has improved the quality of my life so much that I just can't help but share this simple and affordable but truly transformative secret of how to thrive in this fast-paced and stressful world with others. And I am not alone. I have seen hundreds of people feeling the transformation in themselves from practicing BBM and naturally wanting to share those practices with others. And again, I can't help myself but provide those who want to share BBM practices with the tools to do it safely and efficiently.

Every Ukrainian knows very well that this war is not only physical, but also psychological and moral. The enemy's strategy is not only to destroy our culture and identity, and not only to take away our choice and freedom. The enemy wants to exhaust us morally and emotionally, because he cannot achieve his goal with physical strength. That is why the struggle takes place not only on the military, economic, cultural, informational front, but above all on the mental front. In my opinion, this front is the invisible foundation for all the others because if we are morally "broken", we will lose on all fronts because they will all collapse in such a way that they will no longer matter to us. That is why we not only need to maintain our mental health. In order to win in war, we need to regularly strengthen and train our nervous system in the same way that our defenders on the frontline train physically every day. The mental front is the front of each of us, because we are all a huge moral support for our defenders, who fight not only for their family, but for each of us. In order for each of us to be able to harden our nervous system on a daily basis, we need simple and effective tools that are easy to learn and can be used anywhere, anytime. The VVM organization offers just such scientifically proven practices based on breathing. After trying them on myself and seeing real changes in hundreds of people, I know it works: it helps people fall asleep and improves sleep quality, increases strength and energy, reduces anxiety and various symptoms associated with it, helps to cope with anger, fear and disappointment, reduces physical and emotional pain, improves relationships with others... That is why my mission is to support every Ukrainian who wants to help himself, his family and friends, in mastering these tools. In order to achieve this goal and spread these methods, I am happy to support those who also want to learn how to share VVM tools with others in our training courses as part of the wonderful VVM team in Ukraine. I invite everyone to our practical classes every Monday in order to learn to cope with the stress of daily life in war conditions together and to feel peace and security in yourself when instability and danger surround you. Together to victory!

Nowadays a lot of our attention goes to the intellectual field of knowledge, science and emotional intelligence. And this is a very valuable accomplishment.

At the same time we keep being human with all the range of our bodily manifestations and experiences. And I truly believe that taking good care of our physical bodies and our breathing alongside with our mind as a whole - is the key to keep our wellbeing on track.  And helping to evolve our inner resources for self healing. So I encourage all of us to take good care of ourselves comprehensively."
