About the Foundation

Breath-Body-Mind Foundation educates and trains healthcare providers, teachers, community leaders, NGOs, disaster survivors, and the general public about Breath-Body-Mind™ healing techniques.

By balancing the nervous system and using the body’s own internal communication network, breath-centered practices enhance individual wellbeing and resilience, which are essential for families and communities to flourish. This has become even more critical during the COVID-19 pandemic.

OUR GOALS ARE TO:

  • Provide direct service

  • Educate health professionals, government agencies, and the public

  • Support sustainability through train-the-trainer programs

  • Reduce anxiety, trauma and isolation during and after the coronavirus epidemic

  • Foster research on mind-body methods for mental health

Through the Foundation, we are doing our part to heal past traumas and increase individual and community resilience so that we may thrive despite the many stresses in our lives, and, hopefully, shift global consciousness towards connection, compassion, and cooperation.
