BREATH-BODY-MIND™ (BBM) is a program of evidence-based, breath-centered, mind-body practices, designed by two psychiatrists, Dr. Richard P. Brown and Dr. Patricia Gerbarg.

They have adapted practices from yoga, qigong, martial arts, and biofeedback to create safe, effective, culturally sensitive practices to rapidly relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma.
Studies by Drs. Brown, Dr. Gerbarg, and others demonstrate the power of these simple practices to increase calmness and mental clarity. Specifically, participants report more energy, better sleep, increased focus and a sense of well-being.

For over 20 years BBM has helped hundreds of thousands recover after mass disasters through direct intervention and through their “train the trainer model” including survivors from the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, war veterans, genocide survivors in Rwanda, Rohyngian refugee children in Bangladesh, South Sudanese people liberated from slavery, Nigerian girls who survived kidnapping by Boko Haram, and Ukrainian adults, children, psychologists and psychotherapists.

The Breath-Body-Mind Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit, provides free online group sessions where these breath-centered and mind-body practices are taught in English and Hebrew.

Please join our 45 minute practice sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Hebrew at 2 pm ET/9 pm Israel time. Wednesday in English at 2 pm ET/9 pm Israel time. for 45 minutes to experience the benefits. Free BBM Courses and Teacher Training are also available.

Please share this letter with your professional colleagues and any other Israeli who could benefit from this support.
