After a weekend course led by Dr. Richard Brown (a true hero!), I saw how the technique could be effective. Since taking the workshop I have been a happier, more focused, less depressed, less anxious, and calmer individual. I have cut two of the four medications out of my life, and I am lowering the dosages on the others. I attribute this to the gift of breath work that I now happily incorporate into my daily routine.

These practices yield wonderful results to develop people’s contact with themselves which is absolutely needed in various cases during psychotherapy. Patients learn to pay attention to themselves, listen to (and hear) themselves, take care of themselves. Coherent breathing brings this skill to life, and then it can be used in other spheres of life: fullness of life is being established, relationships with people change ... I consider this project incredibly important and needed. Dr. Gerbarg and Dr. Brown are people who helped me survive. So now I am helping others with this.

BBM exercises significantly improve children’s general state and study effectiveness, calm down, relieve tension, and bring back smiles to their faces. I consider them very helpful for children, young adults and all people to recover their strength and let go of stress and war trauma consequences.
