BBM exercises significantly improved my personal state, quickly solved problems with my sleep at the very beginning of my practice in September 2022 and my son’s panic attacks. Closer to the end of Teacher Training level 2 I started using them with children (from 7 to 17 years old). During two weeks I worked with groups of 10-20 children, altogether BBM exercises and coherent breathing were introduced to almost 500 children. We did this with kids that have been in Kyiv from the beginning of the war. During air raid alerts they became quiet, did not smile much. Now their energy level has gotten better, the youngest ones like ‘magic flower-candle’ exercise, all children enjoy energy ball exercise, and their favorite one is painting a waterfall. Teens do energy HA and 4-4 arm circles with pleasure. BBM exercises significantly improve children’s general state and study effectiveness, calm down, relieve tension, and bring back smiles to their faces. I consider them very helpful for children, young adults and all people to recover their strength and let go of stress and war trauma consequences. I am so grateful to Patricia Gerbarg, Richard Brown and all BBM teachers for their great help and contribution in restoring Ukrainians’ health! This is important work for people of the whole World!
