Israel Online Weekly Practice Sessions
We invite you to join us for free online breath-body-mind practice sessions. We offer 45-minute sessions four times a week. Each session includes gentle movements and coherent breathing to soothe, balance, and strengthen the nervous system for better health and resilience. There will be opportunities for discussion and Q&A.
Sessions will be held on:
Sundays 8:30 pm - 9:15 pm (1:30 pm - 2:15 pm EST) in Hebrew.
Wednesdays 8:15 pm - 9:00 pm (1:15 pm - 2:00 pm EST) in English.
Thursdays 9:00 pm - 9:45 pm (2:00 pm - 2:45 pm EST) in Hebrew.
Fridays 8:30 am - 9:15 am (1:30 am - 2:15 am EST) in Hebrew.
